Welcome to the Anchorstone Member Portal ("the Portal"), operated by Anchorstone Collective ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The Portal is a role-specific digital resource hub for PTO/PTA board members, offering monthly checklists ("Anchor Points"), templates, guides, scripts, and fundraiser ideas, along with tools to customize content for your own school.

• You must provide an accurate email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
• One membership covers all board members at a single school — access is granted per school, not per individual purchase, once one member of your board has paid.

• Portal access is $149 per school year, billed as a one-time purchase (not auto-renewing).
• Access runs through June 30 of the school year purchased, after which renewal is required to continue access.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Fundraiser Toolkits, where available, are separate optional purchases.

You agree not to:

• Share your school's access outside your own board without authorization
• Use the Portal for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content you don't have the right to share (see "Your Content" below)
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Portal

If you upload or link your own templates, guides, or files (including via Google Drive), you retain ownership of that content. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share it with your board. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

Templates, guides, checklists, and other resources provided by Anchorstone Collective are for your school's internal PTO/PTA use. You may customize copies for your own board's use, but may not resell or redistribute our original content outside your school.

The Portal provides general organizational templates and guidance for PTO/PTA board work. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified professional for guidance specific to your organization's legal or financial obligations.

Anchorstone Collective provides the Portal "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms or make changes to the Portal from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.
