Who We Are
Our Experience
We are Joy and Tracy, and between us, we bring over a decade of hands-on experience supporting kids, families, and school communities — from early roles as room parents in preschool classrooms to serving in every position on a PTO board.
We’ve both spent years in spaces where organization, communication, and problem-solving are part of everyday life. That includes school involvement, parenting support, and working directly with children and families in different settings.
By creating the Anchorstone Collective Portal, we have turned real experience into practical support that helps better equip volunteers for the everyday moments of school involvement and help to simplify the process.
Our goal is to take what we’ve learned and turn it into something that actually helps in the moment — whether that’s planning an event, navigating a fundraiser, or making every month PTO/PTA to-do list absolutely manageable.
