Digital resource hub created for those holding it all together

To turn real experience into practical support that helps better equip individuals for the everyday moments of parenting, school involvement, and life with kids.

Tracy is a children’s author and the owner of an archery business. She is also actively involved in her church community. Her experience spans creative work, leadership, and service in roles centered around supporting children and families. She brings a thoughtful, steady approach shaped by years of involvement in both structured programs and community-based work.

Joy is a licensed clinical social worker with years of experience working directly with families. Her background includes supporting parents and children through a wide range of everyday challenges, with a focus on behavior, communication, and emotional development. She brings a grounded, real-world understanding of what families need when navigating day-to-day life with kids.

Between us, we bring over a decade of hands-on experience supporting kids, families, and school communities — from early roles as room parents in preschool classrooms to serving in every position on a PTO board.
We’ve both spent years in spaces where organization, communication, and problem-solving are part of everyday life. That includes school involvement, parenting support, and working directly with children and families in different settings.

Our goal is to take what we’ve learned and turn it into something that actually helps in the moment — whether that’s planning an event, navigating a parenting challenge, or making everyday routines a little more manageable.
